SRAM GX 1400 1x cranks, anyone?

Any comments about these? They're listed as 11spd, but from what I've read, they work fine with a regular 10spd chain.

Had been thinking Turbine Cinch, but began reading about the SRAM GX 1x cranks while shopping for alternatives.
GX 1000 crank w/32T plus a SRAM/Truvativ Team GXP BB is $148(prices are all current jensonusa.com, including sales), with the 40g lighter GX 1400 adding just $30 more while on sale for $178 total w/32T and BB.
Meanwhile, Turbine Cinch cranks are $170 with no chainring or BB.

The GX 1400 also gives the option of using direct mount chainrings, so there are 26T-40T available from SRAM plus a fairly large selection from Race Face, Wolf Tooth, OneUp, and MRP, plus ovals from Absolute Black and Oneup.

    The GX 1400 175mm w/spider and bolt-on 32T lists for 680g vs. 622 for the Cinch 175mm and direct mount 32T.
Per the blistergearreview article I found(SRAM GX 111 Drivetrain | Blister Gear Review - Skis, Snowboards, Mountain Bikes, Climbing, Kayaking), ditching the spider for a direct mount 32T drops 70g, so the GX1400 would actually be the lighter of the two.

I have the 170mm GX1400 w/32T on the way, and plan to at least get a direct mount 28T for places with more climbing than my regular spots.
Looks like a pretty solid package of price/weight/features, so hope it was a good choice!

I have the X1 1400 cranks. As far as I can tell from the specs, it's the same crank. If the Gx were available I would have bought them at that price. The X1 crank is great and I'm sure you'll be happy with the Gx.

    I hope so!
Haven't installed the cranks yet, but the actual weights from my sample of 1 are...
    GX1400 cranks w/spider and 32T: 671g
    GXP BB: 106g
