How to remove individual cogs from a Shimano (MF-TZ21) freewheel?

I've searched YouTube, will continue looking.

Need to know how to remove the individual cogs from my Shimano freewheel. Are they the screw-on type, so that the smallest cog needs to be unscrewed first? Otherwise, how?

Please let me know if the images should be higher resolution.

    Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that only the smallest cog threads on that freewheel and the rest are more or less like a cassette. You can remove it with 2 chainwhips if it's on the wheel or a freewheel vise and 1 chainwhip if it's off.
