Front Derailleur for 36t crank 10 speed help

I am looking at switching to 36-22 on my Sram x9 crank 10 speed. (Yes I have weak legs) I need to get a new E-Type front derailleur and I was wondering if the Shimano M665 9 speed front derailleur will work on a 10 speed system. Or is there another front derailleur that will work for me. in this case?

The Sram S1(E-type) front derailleurs have cable issues on my frame and I want to go with a Shimano.

Before I get any things on this is a small crank. I've been running 39t and I keep topping out the cassette, My last bike had the 36t and it worked perfect for me, so I'm going back to that.

If anyone is wondering the m665 does work, but it seems a bit wide. It took me awhile to get it to shift good. When I get bored I'll put the old derailleur back on, but it'll be awhile.
