New question here. X-Fusion Vengeance HLR Oil Vol & Weights

Thought I'd try my luck here...

Any owners opened up their Vengeance HLRs yet? Would you happen to know the volume and weight of the oil that goes into the damper cartridge? I just got my cartridge back from warranty and it came back, dry.

Give them a call, they will treat you well and give you any number you need.

Kinda hard to do that, when I'm in Singapore. Guess I'm going to have to look up the time difference and try it a little later.

    Send it back

The service center should have completed the repair. I would suggest sending it back to have them complete the service.

However if you choose to do the work yourself (this may cause warranty issues later on) the information you are looking for is:

Torco Light RSF (7.5W) fully synthetic oil, 80ml in the damper, 20ml in each lower leg and 5ml in the air chamber.
    this space left intentionally blank

You need to try Google Voice.

I'm calling Manitou, X-Fusion, Marzocchi etc all the time and I'm in Mexico.

Heh, thanks dude. I looked it up and it's not available to me. I think the biggest problem for me is the time difference, but at least X-Fusion's CS answers their email and gets back to you in a timely manner.

The guy that posted the oil volumes in this thread is the Canadian distributor. Now that is good CS.

This dude, Mike Davis? He was pretty helpful. A friend of mine is my local distributor for X-Fusion and we've been dealing with the office in Taiwan. They've been really helpful too, but just a tiny bit slow.
