    The whips

I made some changes to my Yakuza. I decided to get a new rockshox boxxer team in favor of my fox 40 mostly cause I need something new and I like motion control! Also new is the sunline direct mount stem and grips. I might later sell my fox 40 and ditch my custom swinger 4 way for a cane creek double barrel!

    Both forks:

I haven't weighed it officially but it is probably around 38-39 with single ply tires and xc tubes and around 42 with thicker tubes and dual ply tires.

Here is my dual slalom/4x/dj/urban/cruiser/park bike, an older p1. I painted it myself with spray paint. I just got a new set of Shimano Saint brakes, woo! I need to get a new rear wheel badly, but that's about all that I plan on replacing anytime soon.

Yea, it comes with a boxxer race. I bought the frame only though.

    .... yet so different.

Congrad's on the new upgrades. thing is lookin' HAWT!

oh and personally i'd swap the tires F -> R on your hardtail.. never liked the larsen up front... the small block is so much better for cornering.

    I'd rather have the 40.

How much you want for that 40?
Passion is what we all need, the rest is secondary.
Yeah I ride fixed on occasion, get over it.
