    whats up with egg beaters?

    i was looking through pricepoint catolog and i was trying to see how the egg beaters work. are they spring loaded? are they for freeride or XC.

    Yes, yes and yes. They are spring loaded, no tension adjust. And they have models for XC and DH/FR. If your looking for Eggs for DH look at the Eggbeater Mallet.

    To be more complete, I guess I should mention that they've got a more DH-style pedal called the Mallet

    Might make it a little clearer to how they work. No tension adjust.
