New question here. Whats going on?

I am currently looking for a new full face helmet (cracked mine), and I noticed that the Azonic Fury, 661 Strike, and Protec Shovelhead 2, all have the same outer shell (different paint though). Whats going on here?

nothing unusual. companies share generic designs all the time. usually bought from a cheap third party provder. doesnt mean its a bad product.

Add the Oneal helmet to the list. Still own an Azonic as a backup and it's a fine helmet.

I am using the same helmet, only known as an Axo Rocker. Are you using that new helmet for the Sea Otter DH?

Take a look at the new 661 Comp 2 if you're looking for a good budget option.

That's what I replaced my Azonic with. Besides being WAY lighter the TLD has much better venting, especially around the mouth which helps IMMENSELY when pedaling a lot.

I was about to do that, but then I ended up getting a 2009 Bell Drop because it was so much more comfortable and was 75% off (from $200 to $50)
