whats the best brake for shokking and gnarling?

ok i know this has been discussed numerous times throughout the forum, but im a couple of hours away from ordering myself a set of brakes (today is thurs sep 22). Im almost positive i want the juicy 7's.

i know many of you guys like the juicy's aswell and there are some other who dont out there. I just wanted to hear one final opinion before i carried this through. A friend of mine says get the hfx 9 HD's because they will stop better but i know many have had a good share of problems with them. And also that friend is biast toward everything so i can never trust his opinions on anything.

    thanks alot for the advice

Juicy's are AMAZING. I really like Hope brakes, but pricey, and they're a pain to work on. The Hayes Mags are pretty decent, but I would still take a Juicy over them.

I said Mag. Mag has excellent modulation and is relatively maintenance free. Yes, the Juicy's are still better, but they're in about the same league.
