    What model boxxers are these?

Just wondering what year they are, just got a bike with them on it, they have the slippery silver stanctions, grey slightly green looking lowers, with black crowns, the top crown has bigger 5mm allen bolts, also the stanctions seem to be sort of stained or something in places like there dirty but it dont come off, anyone know what that is?

Know what year they are by chance? What was the bike? Seems like it might be the team model, but not too sure.

Sounds like 03 Race or World Cup.

    is making a comeback.

Turns out that five years of not mountain biking, really makes one strive to get back to it.

It sounds like a 2003 Boxxer World Cup, Looking at my 2003 and 2004 BTI dealer catalogs. The 2003 World Cup has grey slightly green lowers with the Slippery-Silver stanchions, the other Boxxer models have standard stanchions. On the 2004 World Cup the picture shows it with silver lowers.

Yeah, my bad....I thought the team had the silver stantions too. Its the WC model if it has the slippery silver stantions. May I ask what bike it is? Plus you actually got a nice fork with it.
