    What do you wear???

I'm looking into getting some Kyle Straight Knees rather than my fox launch shin gaurds they just seem to be worn out and dont clip well or fit nice against my shin. I also looked at some tld knees or the new white 661 shins (with the red piviot point, not sure of the name)

    Recomendations??? Thanks

Pro Tec Double Down knee pads. All neoprene with removable foam cup and platic plate. I like them because there are no straps to mess with/tear they are comfy and you can choose how much padding you want on any given day. They also fit nicely under jeans.

Not really into the knee/shin combo pads. In my experience they never fit quite right and are too hot for trail riding (here at least). I guess I've also banged my shins so much I hardly notice anymore.

I have been a big proponent of the 661 Veggies but they eventually wore out and the straps stretched out and would need to be mended frequently. Still use the Veggie elbow pads...

    Roach / RaceFace

No complaints about them, but would like to try the TL Lopes or something with a bit more mobility.

    kyle straits through and through
Just switched to flats and mace/661 shin pads are sweet match
    Plenty of movement and snug
Now I need to get a set of forearm/elbow guards that dont slip. Tried both 661 and now Fox launch
    I just want to ride.

i use the fly moto knee guards. they rotate with your knee. they are pretty nice but they are kind of a big pain in the ass at first cuz the screws came out because they had no loctite.

I'm running these this season as well. I've been very happy with them - good fit, mobility without pinching, and protection. And they stay in place! I had worn TLD Combat pads for years and years, but I really think I prefer these.
