    WFT? CK headset problems...

Well, sh!t. I go to make sure i have everything to build up my frame and i take a look at my CK headset. Theres ****ing threads on the inside of the cup and on the steerer tube of my Minute 2 (XC fork). What the hell did i do wrong? Something is not right...

To get another CK or a FSA Pig DH Pro or RF Diablous headset?

Is this a new headset? CK all the way...
The Super T you have is really a very good fork. I'd take that fork over a Fox 40 or a Boxer unless i was entering a fashon contest instead of a race

Just have them send you new cups as long as the bearings are not damaged.

Have you tried contacting CK? Whatever you do dont show them those photos. They will laugh all the way to the new year......

These "threads" were they accompanied with metal shavings?

I know, I know. I installed them like a jackass and something must've gotten between the cups the my steerer tube. Oh well.
