    Went Riding Today

My friend and I drove about an hour today to ride at a not so secret spot. We took a few pics and thought I'd post them. Here you go.

Seeing that made me want to ride... too bad we have a foot of snow outside and it's below freezing...

I know what you mean except for the 1 foot of snow! It snowed for 2 days here and then it melted quick, so we have nice mud going on.

    Are you in SoCal?

    Question about this pic...

    https://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f...1/DSC_0054.jpg

when going into a berm like the one above is best to go in 50/50 on the pedals or bring the inside leg in? or is it just preference? i tend to bring my inside leg up not sure if that is the most efficient way.

    BTW Great pics!

Sometimes having your inside foot near your chainstay (as in the picture) can help you whip the rear end around in tight turns. I used to have my inside foot 'up' but now I keep my inside foot near the chainstay. entirely personal preference, however.

Wow, that dried out pretty fast. It's been rather wet here in the North Bay, surprised to see the dirt that loose in that berm picture.

    Nice stuff Ryan.

That berm was pure tackyness. There were a few wet spots but for the most part the place was perfect. I think the north bay got a lot more rain though, my pump track is still flooded and there are still puddles on just about every trail up here. I have a few more pics which I'll post later too.

not to get SMT into another e-fight, (as hes already in one about...telonix, oh sorry...felonix), but dude seriously....like...alright.....seriously. If it is Larblomont, pretty sick...i was there a couple a days ago. Were you hitting the big step down drop, or just rolling it? It looks kinda like both. Sick though.
