    New question here. VP-Free Sizing

Can any body tell me wether I would get away with a medium VP-Free frame?. I am 185cm (6"1) tall but most of my height is in my upper body. I already ride a Foes FXR in Large and do feel quite comfortable in that cockpit size. I don't want to feel all stretched out on the VP-Free though as this will be purely a free ride/down hill rig for me.

    Thanks

That's hard to say at 6'1" (that's where I'm at)... I'd still go with the large just so I could pedal it to the top of stuff. I've always bought large SC bikes and I've never felt stretched out over any of them. I have test ridden mediums and felt cramped though. You are probably going to have to either ride them both or compare geometry and guestimate.

    VP Free Sizing

IMHO: Go with the size Large. You can always adjust the stem length...

i think that since you have short legs, and since the standover on vp frees is huge, it would be fine

Since the top tubes lenght are very similiar between your L FXR and the Med VP-Free you should fit fine. I'd go for it, no question. Enjoy.
