    vivid mounting hardware?

Longtime lurker with a question. I have a Spec Big Hit 06 and was looking to get a vivid 5.1 (8.75x 2.75). What mounting hardware specs do I need? Found a site which recommended about a 450# spring rate for me (160lbs with gear), but I have no idea what to order to set everything up. Still running stock Vanilla R, will the bolts for that thing work with what I'm getting?

ive got the same question, my bike is a IH Yakuza Kumicho and the shock I am replacing is a Manitou Swinger 4x. If I am not mistaken though akirak, I believe I read you can use the same mounting hardware from Fox and Marz shocks because they all use 1/2in eyelets.

You need to know the width of the mount for each end of the shock (usually somewhere between 7/8 and 1.5 inches or so), you also need to know the bolt diameter (probably 6 or 8mm). Then order mounting hardware that matches the measurements for each end of the shock. Vivid, Fox and Marzocchi have the same size eyelets so you can use mounting hardware from any of those brands.

Same hardware as a FOX shock. Take whats on the Vanilla and use it in the Vivid. Otherwise, where ever you order the shock from should be able to get you the proper mounting hardware.
