Good job! The Unofficial Hardtail vs. Fullsuspension

Yep the great debate goes on. HT vs. FS is at it again with Specialized bikes being the fuel of this macht. Yeah the FS bikes are indeed nice, but with everything nice comes something bad, that being the price. Your looking at a base price of about $1200 for the 2007 FSR XC, am I right? I mean the equipment isn't something to boast about. You want a quality FS bike then you are looking at $2500. Now thats not the kind of money you to be waving around. Look, HT's are old school, and so is the price. I can get you a 2007 Rockhopper comp for what was it? Oh yeah, $700 at my local bike shop. Then you got some money to get that ugly zit off your face, and for future upgrades, many future upgrades I should say.

    Winner: Fullsuspension

Yeah the price is not pretty but the fact that pedaling of a Specialized FSR suspension bike doesn't slow you down like other FS bikes.

Are you aware that this is the downhill board? The XC in FSR XC means cross country not downhill. Are you just happy because you bought a 2007 FSR XC and wanted to tell everyone about it?

some 14 year olds are just too funny

    i won't give himShiat

Basically when you first start out it seems stupid to pay all that money for a nice FS bike......but the more you ride the more you realize the price is cheap.........

some good advice to you....if the price is so high ....go buy something used
