taco bash gaurd - supercharger conversion

anyone have good pictures/write up on this?
I've got a singlespeed dj/fr bike that ive been jumping over fallen trees/rocks, basically getting concerned about slamming my chainring onto something. the taco bashgaurd would provide just enough protection? I like the sleekness of just the taco gaurd, but am curious about the supercharger conversion, Ive got an old e.13 drs from my last bike that I could cut down? any writeups? basically looking for pics, i can figure you use a hacksaw between 2 of the 4 bolts, etc.

    Its an easy conversion.

    1. Cut your Supercharger in half. A Hacksaw works.
    2. You might want to sand the edges and any plastic lingering off the cut edges.
    3. Mount it. Be sure to use the same exact hardware you used to bolt the supercharger on the crankset of your previous bike. Use the long allenhead bolts and washers.

It's really simple, just make sure your backplate has the two holes, your Supercharger is 104mm BCD, and that you cut it with two holes exposed (Duh).
