    DH? Yes.

NASCAR?? I'll f'ing pass thank you. If I wanted to watch people make left turns all day I'd go to the parking lot at the mall. If I wanted to watch **** get blown up I'd watch demolition derby, not NASCAR.

Beer, bikes, burritos, boobs/babes/bj's, beaches, baja trucks......nowhere in that list for commuter cars with lots of decals on them. Have fun kids.

Right, blame the American education system....I mean, no teacher ever, from K-12 teaches the different spelling and uses for "you are, You're, Your."

It can't be the kids fault for not caring, or the parents fault for not parenting. It must be the educators fault.

That's not parallel sentence structure. I think you were after "was riding", instead of "have been riding".

If you get to "demand 2nd grade grammar", then I guess I can too. Oh, and I guess that makes you a douche now, doesn't it?

As DOWST said this is not a proper sentence....Who gives a Rat's a$$ about the difference between your and you're, its a fvcking internet forum, but since you apparently do then I will call you out on it...you are the living definition of an Oxymoron...other ways of getting across your point that make sense are:

I have been riding downhill since you were in diapers
    or
I was riding dh when you were in diapers

and thats all I can think of but Im sure there are more options that are more correct than your's

Go ride your bike and win the world cup since you are obvisouly the best the ever was/ ever will be seeing as we were all in daipers when you started...you giant turd sandwitch(throw in alittle South Park for ya there...)

Dude I said I didnt care but sense apparently you do I thought I would point your own mistakes out to you to show you that you are not the god of grammar and should not being telling other people what they did wrong when you make mistakes too. I know I suck at spelling/grammar and on here I could really careles if I spell something wrong, its not like it matters and it happens all the time.

If you did not think it mattered that your sctructure was wrong then why does it matter if other peoples grammar isn't perfect?

If you're not perfect then dont b!tch about other people not being perfect...Im only complaining about your grammar(even though mine sucks) to make a point.

I will argue on here no more....If you would like to keep arguing with me pm me and I will give u my email and we continue this through that.

SundayDriver welcome to MTBR, hopefully ypu've learned not to type with your head lodged...
    Race fans keep in mind:

David Letterman's Top 10 reasons "Why There Are No Black NASCAR Drivers":
    # 10 - Have to sit upright while driving.
    # 9 - Pistol won't stay under front seat.
    # 8 - Engine noise drowns out the rap music.
    # 7 - Pit crew can't work on car while holding up pants at the same time.
    # 6 - They keep trying to carjack Dale Earnhardt Jr.
    # 5 - Police cars on track interfere with race.
    # 4 - No passenger seat for the Ho.
    # 3 - No Cadillacs approved for competition.
    # 2 - When they crash their cars, they bail out & run.
AND THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY BLACKS CAN'T BE IN NASCAR...
#1 -They can't wear their helmets sideways

Couldn't have said that better myself.

    Trail Bait,
That top ten list was effin hilarious.

My take on NASCAR in a nutshell:
Jump it onto something off of something or over something.

There's more to freeriding than dirt jumps.

Didn't watch NASCAR, didn't go to the Fontucky derby, but instead had an EPIC day of riding up in SB on my favorite home trails.....insane visibility and a solid low marine layer that made it feel like the mountains were at 45,000 feet. If anyone else was out there today they know what I'm talking about.

    Fvck racing....

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Damn SundayDriver, that was funny as hell! Youre first social interaction is being a grammar nazi, then when your criticized you come out swinging! I've never seen a forum new-b so eager to call vets nasty names. Dude, you are hilarious even if you are an enormous douche-bag.

Congrats to Jimmie, I was hoping he'd wreck so it would make things interesting but oh well. Personally I'd like to see alot of things different in NASCAR but hey, it's pretty much all we've got for popular motorsports in North America. Now, we just need to get a WRC date, I'd give my left nut to go see one of those.

Nascar is okay but offroad racing, especially the baja 1000, owns nascar any day. Bob, when are you gonna be all healed up and back riding, shouldn't it be soon.

NEWBEE Sunday Driver didn't understand we don't police grammer and spelling unless it is repeatitive....he took it personal and responded back.....he wants us to let this thread not be his true measuring stick and he wants to start over..

Lets cut him some slack if he apologizes

best season in Nascar History and lose (most top ten's 30 in 36 races)......nextel cup sucks....hottest and luckiest driver in last 10 races doesn't mean he is the best driver of the year.

Really if you take Richard Petty and Dale Earnhart last 10 races in their championship seasons. I quarantee they wouldn't have 7 championships....Gordo lost 2 now....sucks big time...would have been 6 championship

I have an appreciation for all things automotive. But I do find NASCAR a bit dull. F1, D1, WRC, even SCCA events... those are where it's at. Though sometimes racing is just who has the most money to throw around...

I wish there were more grammar police. If you cannot communicate... you will fail in life.

SundayDriver, you went a bit over the top.

NASCAR is just another auto race going around in a circle. I'd rather watch metal rust or paint dry.
Now rally racing, THAT'S something special. If you think NASCAR is more difficult than haulin ass at 100+ mph on muddy/gravel/dirt/snowy, sometimes quite bumpy and curvy roads, you're nuts. Seems like driving one of those cars would be like riding a brahma bull with a rocket strapped to it.

Jump it onto something off of something or over something.

There's more to freeriding than dirt jumps.

F1 and WRC are my two favorite types of racing. But, unfortunately, you are right in saying that it all depends on who spends more money (especially F1). The only attractive thing about NASCAR for me is that everyone runs basically similar cars so that no one has an advantage just because they spend more money on their cars.

WRC is amazing. I loved it when Loeb lost a wheel and he had his co-pilot hang out the window to try and balance it out. And then the popo were concerned that the road would be damaged. Or when Solberg's steering wheel came loose and they were trying to tighten it up while driving.

For every 25 dumbsh*t posts, SMT makes one marginally worthwhile one.

Yeah, WRC is the shiznit, too bad it kind of seems to be floundering without alot of factory support these days. I was so bummed last year when Speed dropped it from their regular programs, just goes to show how NASCAR has become the Walmart of the racing media in the US. I would love to see NASCAR incorporate some dirt racing though, they started out with the cup series in the dirt, why not bring it back! Tony Stewarts thing at Eldora was super entertaining. I would gladly give up the 2nd Pocono date and one of the California Motor Speedway dates to see these guys tearing it up on some dirt tracks. Anybody remember when Jeff Gordon got in a WRC car for a ride along and his driver (I think it was Marcus Gronholm actually) rolled the sucker! In case you missed it I had to look it up again!

How awesome would it be to see all of the cup field doing something like that CORR style! I guarantee it will never happen, but man it would be rad.

I like how Jeff Gordon tucks his arms against his chest......

Events at Eldora are really nice, but the big problem is getting a track to hold 100,000 people.....that is why I like Martinsville in Virginia....great small track where you see everything (almost like a dirt track)....Martinsville, Bristol are must go tracks in Nascar IMO...Talladega is nice but the cookie cutter tracks suck
