Someone stole my neck brace and gloves at Whistler last weekend. Why would someone do that?

Are there any features that would make it special from all other glorys like that? Dents or scratches? I'm going to mammoth and northstar soon and will look out for it (though I doubt it will help)... But ya never know...

crack will make you do crazy things... like cut the copper oil line from out side your house for $1-2 scrap price while $800 of heating oil drains into the ground causing 10's of thousands worth of cleanup (depending on deep they have to dig).

Sucks about your bike man, people that steal stuff seriously suck.

Nope just the parts i described.. the cranks and rear shock are the only stock parts left on the bike. the frame was just brand new crash replacement and i didnt get the SN... it does have a pretty nice road tube chain stay wrap

I also take my old drivers license and fold it in half then slide it into frame seattube. I had a friend recover a bike stolen years ago this way and the theif got sent to the hospital but my friend did end UP in JAIL for knocken the THEIFS 4 front TEETH OUT STRAIGHT COLD KALKED after he pulled out his drivers license from the stolen bike wish i could of seen it. I had to pick my friend up from JAIL then we went riding.

Good luck. I know someone who had a bike stolen from their garage recently. Homeowners insurance covered it but a $1000 deductable is hard to swallow.
