We just threw the 318 uturn fork on an as-x at our shop. It feels great, although i'd say the axle-crown height is a bit low for most bikes with 7" rear or more.

yea, get the 180mm version. because I'm going to put a 160mm version on my komodo. the ac height is pretty low.

    yep!

Second the 180mm version. I'm going to get the 160mm for my trail bike though. I'd get one for my freeride bike but I already have an 06 66rc2x on it. Great price on the Domains usually.

yea that was my thinking. 7" fork for a 7" frame. instead of a 6" fork for a 7" frame. I currently have an 05 versus blitz that Iím thinking that Domain 318is would work out nicely. but I was planning on getting rid of it and building up my long lost Stinky that has been sitting in the garage for a year. I guess ill go with the 180 since ill end up on my stinky anyway.

Thanks guys as always good info.

Anybody interested on a 05 Blitz frame with a 4-way coil (650 spring)? Only has scratches from transporting up Mt. Wilson and some cable rub. Absolutely no cracks ridden hard but with care. Never had a crash im typically a smooth rider and I donít do huge gaps or jumps about 6í max.

why would you ditch a versus blitz for an old stinky?

For the reason Iíve explained above. Basically want two bikes now instead of the one all mountain and my stinky is actually newer than the blitz. My stinky is a early 07 bought in 06 and my blitz is an 05.
