    something loose in the hub?

I was out riding yesterday and when I set my bike (p.2) down I heard a noise come from the rear hub, so I picked the bike up and leaned it the other way and the thing went to the other side of the inside of the hub. anyone know what it might be? The wheel still turns fine, but I'll probably bring it to the LBS, since I have a year of free service.

Hate to bring this one back from the dead, but I was searching for this exact issue. Can anyone tell me what this is? I have the same sound on my '03 Cannondale F300 right now.
