I tried riding in this today... not so good. Some dudes made a booter and they were hitting it on snowboards by my house, I went and got my bike, but couldn't stay straight enough to hit the run in... but it was kick ass to play in the snow all day... but ya... bring on the summer...sure.

Wait, wait, wait...Terminator, what are you saying. Summer is nice but you forget about the heat factor (104 + gear = ughhh ). Riding is much more fun when you don't have to worry 'bout stroking out. Anyway, the rain makes the trails nice and tacky

Not looking forward to the 120 degree temps of summer here in Phoenix. It makes road trips mandatory to ride during the day. Otherwise you are stuck riding in the dark and its still 95 degrees...

Right now is our primo riding season and it has been great. 60 degrees and sunny everyday (except yesterday when everything flooded)

Well my 3x a week routine for the past few weeks has involved me planting my ass on my road bike and doing interval training on my trainer for an hour. But I have been able to get out and do more xc-ish stuff. maybe this week I'll get my fat ass in gear and I'll get my Demo stripped for her new paintjob. Other than that, I went hiking yesterday in a sweet secret spot that will soon enough have some hardcore gnar for trails.

But really, I'm used to riding in the rain and muck (having served three years in Humboldt County), its just a shame that the trails here in the Bay area have such sh!tty drainage.

Duno what you guys are talking about... riding in winter is colder, but once the dudes in snow shoes pack down the trails they are good to go and super fast

I live in AZ so i don't have to worry about the winter, it's just to cold for me (60 degrees is to cold! i would die if i lived somewhere where it snowed). I can't wait till it's 120 out. That's when i ride best.
