    The Snatch

I received the opportunity to start building a downhill/ freeride trail in Northern California with one of my close friends. We received permission to build what ever we like. Here is what we got done today in five hours. Not bad considering it was easily 95 degrees, and the ground is comparable to concrete.

We hope to get a rototiller up there next weekend along with a butt load of water. Doubles and step downs galore.

    From begining to end.

This is the steepest tightest single track with a huge penalty (10 foot drop into a ravine)

I know this probably means little to nothing to many of you. It looks like nothing right now. I'll be sure to keep you updated!

Here are 3 riding shots, not much:

That area reminds me a lot like China Camp up in the North Bay.

It's going to be hard to build anything now though, we haven't had significant rain here in Nor Cal for a while. Might want to wait till December or January to really get going.

P.S. Skirting is forbidden in trucks that have anything less than a V6.

We have all the farm tools you can imagine and more at our disposal. So breaking ground isnt a problem. (Along with water to make it nice and smooth) Hopefully we will have a 125 pit bike to aid in the shuttling process.

by the way, my little 4 banger Ranger can hold its own.
