    Sintered pads or Organic - Which do you use?

    hayes = sintered

    I don't even bother buying other than sintered for Hayes brakes
    green ones really suck. gold are the way to go!

    If you ride in the crud and mud DO NOT use the green ones!!!
    They wear out really fast in that crap.

    strickly organic. I dont want any brake pads that are made using hormones or fertilizers.

    i use EBC reds (not sure if they are organic or sintered) because they work better than any other brake pad i've tried....

    Reason I ask is that I just tried some green ones (for the first time) in conj. with my M4s and despite the fact they're only about 3/4 broken in (most likely 100% after today's riding) I've been really impressed.

    Admitedly I haven't yet ridden through any crud and I don't know how long they'll last but so far I'm impressed.

    Main reason for the switch was after my old sintered pair glazed up (long before their time should've been up!).
