    I do 40" gaps in a wheelchair.

But yeah, xc sucks. For the love of god please only ride where a truck can get to the top of your trails. That's what mountain biking is all about.

Sorry, It take real balls to ride a trail with triple digit exposure. Miles (guy in vid) has just as big cojones as any DJ, DH or freerider. He was lucky he didn't get killed. Let's show a little respect.

Dude, a guy on a 7" travel bike could have just as easily fell off that ledge. I cant see what the trail looks like, but I would probably rather walk that section if I had just a feeling I would tumble down the side.

On a side note, I like going down the hill rather then up, but I go up a lot still.
People call me a dick, but I just think im clever.

I'd turn left and then drop it.

Ah oh well, I hope that guy is doing alright. Pretty gnarly crash.

I am not sure what the tie in to XC Sucking is though... If you don't like to ride XC, THEN DON"T. But how does a pic of someone taking a nasty looking fall indicate that XC sucks.

What about all of the vids of the North Shore where they are going very slow and fall off of a tall skinny bridge? Should we extrapolate from that, that the north shore riding sucks too?

Like Zedro said, it is the slow stuff that usually gets ya. Momentum will make up for a lack of skill in a lot of cases.
The Super T you have is really a very good fork. I'd take that fork over a Fox 40 or a Boxer unless i was entering a fashon contest instead of a race

You're wrong there Ben. What's crazy is seeing xc guys ride UP things that would be fun rockgarden-ish things for you to go down on....

I didn't see him pedalling too much, that must mean it WAS DH.
