    shimano DX pedal pins?

are these available in specialty hardware/fixture stores? they're obviously much smaller than typical set screws and i don't want to pay $25 + shipping for a full set online. any owners have advice?

Ask your LBS about pedal pins, pedal specific pins are pretty rare, you're bound to find some that fit.

Your LBS should have a bunch. If not, they can order you a baggy. If not... Dan's Comp has them listed on their website, I think you can figure out which ones you need.

LBS doesn't have 'em ... they're much smaller than most all pedal pins/set screws. Dan's comp doesn't have them either. There's a specialty screw/fixture store in town, I'll give them a shot. $7 for 1/4 of a full set of shimano brand pins (just 10 pins) online is a little steep...

look for "set screw" on http://www.mcmaster.com/, choose standard socket, cup point and m3 thread. Now choose the color, "black steel or stainless" and the length (probably 8mm). It's 5.99 for 100 in black or 7.22 for 50 in stainless. I would take the black ones, -> cheaper and harder.
