Here's a pic of Andrew Shandro riding with a single crown Manitou Travis! Have no idea about the travel of the fork....

Anyway its from an article on NSMB about the North Shore ripper

yeah, from what I heard, there are both 7 and 8" SC Travis's, and an 8" DC. That looks like the 7" if I had to guess, especially b/c it's on a 7" Session

From the pic and assuming some of it is already compressed I'd say that's easily 7 or 8 inches. I'm excited to see how these end up performing/lasting. Might have to snag one after they've been tested by some other people.

    is making a comeback.

Turns out that five years of not mountain biking, really makes one strive to get back to it.

this is month old news............anyone else see it at the otter?

Someone had one of these in a special edition 1.5 headtube M3.

Something tells me that if you want 8", you don't want a single crown, maybe some racers or nerds, but it is gonna be a fringe market.
170mm profile crankset, silver king headset barely used, new blackspire chainguide, old version hope mini brakes---- all for sale at i-wanna-get-rid-of-it prices. I'm gone all of july after the 10th, other than that PM me if interested.

Guess the benefits of lighter weight and better turning radius are lost on the hapless general public then?
