Sending it in the Loops... on my Jedi!!!

This was by far my favorite Stund episode for a few reasons. First, the title is “Sending it in the Loops“. If you have ever ridden in Kamloops, this is what riding there is all about. There are just so many goodies hidden everywhere in town. Second, I was out there while they were filming this episode and was lucky enough to sit back and watch Romo, Kinrade and Brooks SEND that first big hit.

Being from the East Coast and loving BIG hits, I find myself traveling out to BC typically once a season. I was SUPER lucky and was able to convince the wife that my Canfield and I needed to get out there twice this year.

Here are my favorite pics of the season, including a few of that sender. The funny thing was Romo called this hit ¾ big!!!

Wow, that step down is HUGE! I really wanna hit bigger stuff, but can't find anywhere to practice things that size. Sounds like I need to hit up BC some more. Props man!

You have to stiffen up your suspension for that or you always run it a bit stiff? Looks like a bit of a harsh landing.

I generally run everything on the stiffer side as I love to play with the terrain. I also had Craig from Avy tune the rear shock with a heavy compression tune to help out with the fact that I love to jump so much.

YES that landing was SUPER harsh. (Take a peak at the shot of my bike all compressed on the landing in my first post...) I was up there on three occasions packing the landing and it still felt like I landed in a powder field. I wanted to go up and hit it again, but honestly, I didn't love the landing, so I called it quits. That being said it was fun as hell being up in the air for that long!!!
