    Scam Scam Scammer Warning

    To all those selling their bikes. This is a common scam I have seen before. Don't fall for this. The person will say they will give you more than you asked and that a foreign shipping agent will be part of the transaction. After I told this person to bid on my bike on ebay and use PayPal thsi was the response..............

    Just make up some crazy address and have meet you up in B.F.E. also tell him to not mail the check to have on him when he shows up.

    That is why I don't sell to anyone overseas, becuase of people like that. I am sure there are some decent people willing to pay for things the right way, but there is no reason you should take a risk.


    It's funny on how they will still try the oldest trick in the ebay book.

    i get those emails all the time and i hate it when people email me like that when i try to sell something becasue at first i think someone actually wants to but it and then i open it and get po'd

    its also alittle fishy when they want to give you a 4 billion dollar check for a 2000 bike.....?

    I remember seeing some guy trying to scam an Apple I book laptop...
    well the guy sent the scammer a white binder with keys glued on and drew a screen with marker, wrote I book on it ... Funny as hell...

    I got an identical email when i was selling my bike, turned it over to ebay and they said it was a pretty common problem. Some people just suck.

    omg i get those things all the time when im trying to sell stuff on here, i always just mess with em and yank em around a bunch, but yea everytime i post an add, i get at least three of those...
