MAD skills. Unreal. I have always had complete respect for that kind of BMX riding, the courage and skills it takes.
The freakiest stuff is when he's pedaling hard, directly at a concrete wall, then pulls off the turn soaks up the landing, and transitions back down. " I don't need no stinkin suspension". No pads, no helmet, nothing but him and a little bike. Makes us all look like a bunch of over-fed, over-suspended pussies.

( I do realize that what those guys do actually can't for the most part be done with a big DH bike for a number of reasons...) still makes the majority of us, with our full faced helmets, body armor, 6-8" of travel both ends squishies, getting nervous about hitting a drop that has a groomed dirt landing, look pretty pretty weak..

That final trick where he's riding a wall 30 feet up in the air... The real icing is that he just squeezed into the gap in the traffic. Insane.
We all get it in the end.

Lost track long ago of how many times I've watched that one.
Does anyone know if that footage is on a dvd someplace? I think it deserves full quality. HD would be sick.

    Or knees, or ankles.

I'd love to use a light, flickable 20" bmx bike on a North Shore freeride line, but I don't think my knees would last over a few weeks.
Old people don't recover from injuries as quick as young people can, either.
Jump it onto something off of something or over something.

There's more to freeriding than dirt jumps.
