    Red Bull Rampage Videos

    Hi all,

Here's a couple of videos Sir Loin took at the Rampage today. We rode Gooseberry Mesa in the morning which wound up running a bit long so he was only able to get a few. These are taken off a digital camera, and quality is thus so-so.

I have absolutely no idea what this is going to do my server, so I might have to shut them off it they interfere with the commercial sites hosted there.

PLEASE SAVE THEM TO YOUR HARD DRIVE BY RIGHT-CLICKING AND CHOOSING "SAVE TARGET AS"

    The videos:

Thanks fro the footage. My son Mike is in Seattle dieing to see some footage, all my shots are stills so these will be great to show him. It was almost a "The Survivor Wins" event after all the injuries. Kyle did a great job, cool manuals and great style.

Yeah, it was awesome riding with you guys! That Little Creek ride rocked (incrdibly dumb pun not intended). I haven't had that much fun since my Moab trip eight years back...definitely have to get out to Utah more often now.

Kyle's run was amazing...fluid and natural...video definitely didn't do it justice even with Jeff's comments ("Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude that was huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge"!)

Sorry for the low quality on the Vids, I shot them with a small digital camera and the sun was very low and head on. Kudos to those that lugged their expensive camera and video rigs up there. I wouldn't have.

Padre, was nice to meet you and everyone else. Little Creek was tons of fun, I hope we can all get together (all 17 of us!!) and do it again sometime. You are right, the videos don't do it justice.

Thanks Weyvo for the ride hookup!

Nearly the same view we had. Where were you? We were a couple of guys screaming our heads off saying "What" and "Yaya".

Totally , that manual into that "smaller" drop was sickly... that kid is awesome...

I was really pulling for Wade... and Bender, poor guy, I really wanted to see him get some recognition.

Lance's landing on that Super T drop was silky smooth. The speed he has coming out is down right frightening in the video.

The injury list was QUITE long this year, it's gets crazier every year. I hope no one ever gets 'life long' hurt at these events, but these guys I am sure aren't numb to the risks, the rampage is one of the burliest events there are in ANY sport INMHO, and I am sure all the riders know this way more than we, as mere spectators do....

I understand now why Peaty was a no show again... as if racing DH isn't brutal enough?

    it's frickin scary man!
