    Rear axle slipping in dropouts

I ride a single speed setup with horizontal rear dropouts and a Shimano Saint bolt-thru freehub. If I crank down on the pedals with more than moderate force, the rear axle slips in the dropouts and messes up my chain tension and brake alignment. I tighten the axle bolts, HARD, but it still slips. This has never happened before with my setup, and the only thing that's changed lately is the switch to the Saint hub, which uses a 10mm axle that uses a 6mm hex to tighten the bolts instead of a wrench. Has anybody had this problem or know of a solution? I suppose another bolt could work...any other suggestions?
