    New question here. please tell me if im doing it wrong

    ok im kinda noob in here, im buying a used bike tomorrow and just wanted to know if u guys think im getting rap*d or something. im willing to pay 300$ for this. im casual rider looking to get a bit more into it. but i cant affort 1k+ $ bike so. i dont know much about all these components tho. if anyone could get a quick look at it and tell me. thanks a lot heres the spec.     If in good working order, 300 is a fair price for that bike.
