The design is VERY similar to other designs. Welds look very nice although I wonder if the shock-box cage is going to hinder riding in any way due to width...? The integrated headset looks very clean and modernized the front more. All in all its a very clean design...albiet similar.

Ill stick to my XO thanks...would kill the morewood, although the welds look prettier, and the logo design is also more modern. But what has that got to do with its riding ability...ZIP.

Its also adding weight to the fork aswell, but I would also like the booster to be a little higher up.

    Probably pretty close.idk

the Izimu w/ fox shock is like 2399 or something, and with this new linkage and stuff and that BOS shock it could be 2999 and up.

Morewood is keeping the Izimu as well. They will have two downhill racing frames as well as the shova, mbuzi, and ndiza.

Me as well. The new design looks pretty sweet but then again I could just be saying that because the suspension is worth more than my life

    absolutely not in business together,
the linkage and pivot location are different on our commencals
but we'll takes morewood's interpretation as a compliment

pricing on ours will be around $2300 for 2009

The reservoir on that BOS shock is huge! I think the Morewood frame looks a bit cleaner than the Commencal, but both are amazing

The reservoir looks different in the frame only picture from the way it looks in the complete bike picture. The new frame design looks amazing. To me it doesn't look similar enough to the Commencal design for that to be a concern. Plenty of other bikes that have suspension designs that are more similar to other designs than this case right here (if that makes sense).

although they are both Bos shocks, on the complete bike, it is the newer design. so yes they are different shocks
