    Noobies and Jumps dont mix....

    Was out at Woodhill on Sunday. A noobie was trying the BMD jump.

    Holy crap, I'm on the other side of the world and I felt that hit Was he trying to go around and half caught it? There had to be some injuries from that.

    That looks like more of a steering problem than a jumping problem.

    He snapped a 1inch thick plank length ways holding up the retaining wall. He claimed he was "sweet as" after we did the "how many fingers?" and "count to 10" tests. He rode off very wobbly. Im bagging him cause there are too many novices trying stunts well beyond their skill level. Last thing I want to see is some young munter with a broken neck.

    As for steering and speed issues that someone mentioned earlier. It was neither of those. With that jump, the faster you go the better. The lead up is sweet. It ramp is skinny but his issue was that he was a punter getting in over his head.
