The illegal trail building is the same problem we're having here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We cut a few short DH specific lines out in a local county park and tried to hide them. Of course it was XC tool's that found them and ratted us out. Now we're in an agreement with the county park rangers that we have to get w/e we make checked by them for safety hazards. Has to be safe, small, etc. so in case some noob little 12yr old comes down on his 24" he wont die...immediately. Screw laws =P

along the same lines... tomorrow morning we have our first legit workday with the chicago park district to begin getting our once outlaw dj's and pumptrack in shape for the 09 season. two thumbs up for going out there, getting after it, and getting the man back on our side.
