Those are the gayest shoes I've ever seen. Even gayer than heels.

And don't powdercoat it that same color, it looks like a Coke can...

That frame looks amazing. I like the color...but...I like red more too. Will there be a new build or will you be swapping parts?

Just look at his post count. You kinda have to expect some ribbing with those numbers. I actually agree with the color though, Intense and Red are like peas and carrots

I know you love your M3's SMT, but have you ridden one of the v3(carbon link) V10's in comparison? What are your thoughts?

I've owned an M3 and have 5 friends racing the carbon linked V10's and have gotten some significant time on them as well. I'm curious to how your opinion compares to mine.

Falling rate in the last half of the travel vs. progressive all the way though. Meaning they bottom the F out hard, and they also have that famous shock killing leverage ratio. Not that a low leverage is great or anything, but they still insist that the higher ones are better which has proven to be untrue.

actually, the sandles looked pretty comfy.

Looks sick bobbo, although maybe you should mix it up this time and make it look like a pepsi can instead of a coke can

Those are man shoes children, one day you will be able to afford them and maybe...just maybe...fill them too.

Red is good, is it going to be bare or are you going to re-sticker it too? Have you considered bare AL, high pressure soda blasting leaves a nice satin finish. Red rims on a silver frame would look nice.

Nice bike Shiver, can't wait to see your build.

Oh bro...dont destroy it with heavy, chipping, ugly as all hell "Powder coating"...!!!!

Get it anodized and or do something like a bead blasted area contrasted with a slightly light red ano...sounds better. EVEN though I do now that Intense has their OWN racing red like Farrari to appease those who think it makes them go faster...?

I like the black better though.

Also sounds like your snazzy "mandals" are getting most of the attention, which is saying something, he he he.

Of course sweet bike, carefull with that shock choice though.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I get the impression that you prefer the M3 over the latest V10.
My opinion is the exact opposite. I hated my M3, it wasn't worth what it sells for. Luckily I got it on EP and even then wasn't thrilled for the ride I got out of it. I love the way the new V10 rides. It's far smoother through the chatter. Jumping and really manuevering it around is a load easier as well. They bearings seem to last 4 times as long as well.
I'm not trying to start a V10 vs M3 debate, just wondering if the those die-hard M3 fans are choosing them over the v10 for a specific reason.

Not sure if I can, sort of a 1 time only thing but I can check. It would still be quite a bit more than the Roco WC.

As much as I like the Roco, it's worth every bit more.

Can I have your old x9 shifter/der? it can't be any more toasted then my current setup, I have marginal access to 6 gears at the moment, and I've already had to take a file to my current der twice now

    HA HA HA...he he he...

Seriously though SMT, your willing to shell out the money on a spanking new frame to have it stripped, cleaned and prepped finally PC'ed red when that coat would be heavier (every gram counts in my books), more prone to chipping, scrapes and buffing than what is currently already on there!?

Save the cash and spend it on some sweet RED Hope hubs with white rims, one red spoke near the tube valve hole, a RED HSet, clamp, grips, levers, cables...you see where this is going don't you matey...?

I love that color and it would look killer with some strategicly placed red bits here and there.

Actually, the PC he has on his current red frame is pretty legit. It does look a bit like a coke can, but in a good way, and it looks like its held up pretty well.

That's actually a powdercoat? Dude that red has got to be THE thinnest PC I've ever seen in person. Could have sworn that was an ano finish. The term "Coke can" came to mind for a reason.
