    New Bike Build

Here's my new Corsair Crown build. I only have one ride on the bike so far and it performed flawlessly. Unfortunately, the trail didn't have any BIG drops to test the additional (blow-off) air shock. So I can't comment on its usefulness or functionality. Having a lot of setup configuration possibilities does appeal to my design/eng background.

    Specs:

    CC frame
Marzocchi Roco & X-Fusion air shock

    Manitou Dorado Pro fork

    Mavic EX729 wheelset

FT-Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 Super Tacky
    RT-Maxxis High Roller 2.5 60 tpi

    Deity
    Dirty30 handlebar
    DM Fantom stem
    Lean lock-on grips
    Decoy LT pedals

    Avid Code brakes

    Sram x.9 drivetrain shifter/derailleur

    Truvativ
    BB
    Holzfeller OCT cranks/36t chainring

    eThirteen LG1 chain guide

    Thomson Elite seatpost

    SDG Bel-Air RL saddle

Well I don't have a bike scale. So I stood on my home scale while carrying the bike and subtracted my weight. It came out to 42 lbs.

It is one of the features that attracted me to this frame including all the shock configurations and geometry adjustments. I'm going to test this weekend. If it doesn't work out I can always remove and save 260g.
