More new Northshore @ Southwest Extreme. (pics)

Heres some pics of a new kicker we built this wk end, only 2 of us turned up on sunday as the weather was shite and people are lazy, but we cracked on anyway and this little beauty emerged.
theres also a few shots of Darren hitting up the gap we made landing into one of the 4X berms.
Eventually it'll be part of the NS line that starts with the drop previously posted, but we stuck it like this to try it out. Needless to say we need a bit of a dirt tranny into the ramp, as hitting it head on takes a bit of steam out of your run up!!

Slowly but surely, its getting there!!

Let us know what you think!!!

Sick dude! Great sturdy design and it looks really fun! You could save yourself a ton of wood if you spaced out your 2x4's more.

    Keep building!
Passion is what we all need, the rest is secondary.
Yeah I ride fixed on occasion, get over it.

Yeah, a few people mentioned this on a previous post. We're sticking to IMBA regulations for the spacing, as we are an IMBA affilliated club!!

Its seriously sturdy, but bloody heavy too. Not bad for 2 hours work though we thought. Shows what you can do if you put your mind to it!!!

    Thanks for the feedback!

Believe me, we've thought about i. We were originally going to build the main drop off the clubhouse, but we might have to move it which scuppered our plans. But we've got big plans, so watch this space!!!

Very nice building... throw a little radius to the jumps and they will hit much nicer.

What we plan to do is get the radius with dirt at the bottom half of the Transition. We will be doing that when we have positioned it on the trail, Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, as Tufty says, that is the main ramp platform, the transition will be with dirt at the base of the jump, the length means it sets you up nicely for a long jump without any problems from a 'kickier' take-off. Kinda like a NS drop but upwards.........!!!
