    only if:

    1) you want a softer feel with the lower spring rate
    2) the ti spring is 450x2.75

how much sag are you getting right now on the 550#?

im not sure of the sag level probably about 25 percent because its so hard to adjust but im not interested in the shock quality im actually very impressed and happy with it.

you probably want a little more sag so 450# would be fine

ideally you want 30-40% for FR/DH

should probably have a friend help you out and measure sag before spend the coin on the ti spring

oh and i second the notion to get a better shock. Roco WC is butta =)
