    marzocchi 66 ata 08

    i just got these forks a few days ago. so far no good they have a shake or play in them they also have a sag them. i have played with the all the air settings andf nothing good. i guess beside the front end of my bike feeling loose all the time there ok.

    does anyone know what i could do to get these things dialed in besides buy something else

    Next time, use capital letters and proper punctuation so I can understand your problem.

    They have a sag? Like when you sit on the bike it compresses somewhat? I'm pretty sure that's what it's supposed to do...

    As for the axle call Marz, some people have been having this problem. They'll send you a new axle.

    when your off the bike they sag about 1/2in when you pull up hard it make a slight clunk.

    sounds like the wrong air pressure settings are sucking your fork down on the stanctions a bit - negative travel. i had this too when i played with the air settings. try filling the par chamber first - 70-100psi and then the main air chamber 45-70psi and don't touch the RC3 chamber unless you are 200lbs plus. obviously par must be greater than main air chamber. let the air out and start from scratch on the par and main.
