    m800 and avid bb7

I have a Saint M800 wheel I am getting ready to use for my adventure this summer. It has center lock disc. I have Avid BB7 brakes. Has anyone used this combination.

I am attempting to use the things I already have. I have a Saint M800 hub. I have bb7 brakes. Does bb7 function smoothly with Shimano rotor. I paid $75 for the hub, and $75 for the derailleur, and $75 for the arch rim, and 75 cent each for some spokes. In 75 days I am going on a journey. After collecting dust for 75 months, maybe I should use it. After all that is a lot of 75s just collecting dust.
