you have my support, i believe all cities are catering to skateboards and discrimintaing bikers, if the have the mind to tear down out stuff, they know we exsist...and therefore are either ignoring us or just discriminating us

if people are complaining about children being obese, then they should provide spots to ride, this may motivate our youth (including me) to get out and ride...good luck bro!

I'm number 40. The discrimination against cyclists is bad outside Chicago. If you even walk a bike into a "skate park" and someone has a hair up their butt then it's a $500 ticket and there goes your bike. We have to fight on a daily bases to keep our singletrack open. Public DJ's oh I wish. We do have Challenge Park though. One spot along with a couple of hidden spots.

    Ride on!

Hmm...I agree in principle that a municipal dirt jump park would be cool, but that statement needs some work--it's vague, unfocused, misleading, unrealistic and, unfortunately, destined to fail.

Instead of harping on the discrimination bikers face vis-a-vis skateboarders, why not get in touch with some of them and ask them how they did it? There weren't always municipal skate parks, you know, most have been built in the last ten years.

122 and im all for it...BUT if you want the town to take it seriously...make sure three times over that your grammer and spelling are absolutely perfect. for example "is to much to ask" should be "is TOO much to ask". it is similar to writing a resume...if done in a proffesional manner it will be considered and if not you have better chance of being written off as a whiny kid.

hey was up I live in San Rafael. It would be so chill if we could get a dirt jump park around here. I signed up on the petition and hope everything works out.
