    LABOR DAY... got plans?

    i know i'm headed to Mammoth for 2 days of shredding... with the big bike and hopefully the little bike.

    anyone else got a fun weekend planned?

    I shall be Mammothing at least part of the time this weekend.

    want to get as many days in as I can before 10/2

    WAS going to Snowshoe, broke my ankle there a week and a half ago so that kinda puts the brakes on that plan. everyone that will be riding, be safe and have fun.

    Irene has trashed the NE DH resorts. Was planning on Diablo, but it's closed this weekend

    Plattekill and Killington are also a no-go, I'd expect much of the NY/VT ride locations (DH or otherwise) to be pretty trashed at the moment - IF you can get to them - lots of road damage.

    Sorry to hear about the damage caused by Irene...

    I'd like to ride in Mammoth but my mom is in town and leaving that weekend...

    will do. not sure on my exact plans yet, but almost definitely be up there sunday.

    i was going to diablo after planning it for months!!! (first time ever, i was sooo stoked!!) highland is just 45 min from my house so i was loking for something a little different. now i'm trying sunday river. anyone have some input on it?

    After rupturing my achilles snowboarding in June, having surgery and sitting on my butt for the last 2 months, I am going to be learning to walk again. Maybe try getting on my bike again for a ride up to the local downhill trails to live vicariously by watching others hit the trails.

    mammoth (pumice) for me at least sat. and if bike and body hold up will be sun too.
