I can't believe this. A NorCal Indoor MTB Park!

Just found out about this. Let's make sure these guys are successful so more places like this will show up around the country. I don't know how much FR oriented they'll be, but it looks like they're using Ray's from Ohio as a template. This may be one of the only institutionalized NorCal riding/pracetice spots left if we lose Sandhill, so let's show them some local love.

Old news. This has been going on for a while. I have emailed them asking them as to where in Downtown Sacto the facility will be. Never received a reply but I am sure they are busy.

Well guys I like 5 miles from Ray's and we have very long cold winters here in Cleveland. Ray's so far has been a smashing success. I can't say how much fun it is to load up the bullit on the back of my car and drive throught the ice and snow to a warm kick a$$ FR spot. It is cool to get looks from other people in their cars (I have a tiny little Toyota the smallest one with a 48 lbs. DC Shiver bike on the back). But I have ridden out in California and if I had my DH bike I wouldn't fide it indoors there I would ride DH in the mountains. An indoor park would work for DJ although the jumps are wooden and skinny low speed north shore stuff.

Anywho I can't thank or say enough about Ray's. I would even be willing to pay double next near, it is that cool.

Why does california need an indoor park when you can ride the trails year round?

I mean, a skatepark-type place is one thing, but all those logs nailed together and such that Ray's has... it looks depressing when you can be hitting Pacifica, UCSC, etc.
