Turns out that five years of not mountain biking, really makes one strive to get back to it.

Yep Shiver, I agree. In fact, I had to put on a sweatshirt this afternoon because it was a bit too cold for shorts and a T-shirt alone. Hopefully this brutal winter we're having will end soon.

Pffft... I'd be stoked to break out the t-shirt and shorts if it would get above 35, right now. This last week has sucked - to top it off, the wind was gusting to 40 or so when I left for work this AM - giving it that wonderful -20, blue sky, ground blizzard effect.

Last night it was -12 without a wind chill. I went out to my car to try and get my bike gloves so that I could type because my fingers were so cold, but my car door was frozen shut. And, instantly when you step outside your lungs like collapse almost. Yup. Atleast we have a white christmas for once though.

It's in the mid 20s here, and I was outside in a t-shirt. It's normally cold, but its nice and warm after the cold from last night.

It's in the low to mid 20's here in Maine. After being in the 40's yesterday. So much for a white Christmas.
