    Honda Prototype Mtb For Sell

    I saw this on ebay and thought I would pass this along. I think i have seen a bike like this tagged as a jeep model though.

    I'm an idiot when it comes to computer, I first tried to put it in as a hyperlink, andthat did not work. I then i edited and just pasted the link in the thread thinking that everyone would have to copy and paste the link. when i checked the thread the link actually worked so, i just left it be. So excuss my stupid computer skill.

    This is an old Mountain Cycle. I don't remember the name of it- but that is what it is...just re-stickered. Circa 1999-2000.

    Wow could you amagine if they acutally sold last years Honda prototype.. I read that if they were to be in stores they would be unafordalbe at $75,000.. the front fender alone costs $1000

    You are right, it's an old Mountain Cycle Shockwave. And the DNM fork just makes me shiver (not in the good way like a 'Zoke Shiver)!

    thought it was the Tremor, the one made overseas? had to be one of the ugliest bikes made, that seat tower is atrocious.

    So its not a prototype, just a re-branding.

    You might be right. The Tremor and the original Shockwave look very similar. Cambria still has one for sale http://www.cambriabike.com/shopexd.asp?id=8742
