There has always been 2 lifts. The gondola is new for this year which makes getting to mid-mountain a hell of a lot quicker than years past.

On a side note, there is suppose to be a race this sunday (the 18th), which means some trails will be closed off.

    The Gondola Rocks!

This makes it so much faster to get up to mid-mountain. And now if you need to head back down to get some food or a quick bike repair, it's not such a time hit.

We were up there on Sunday it was a blast!

I finally rode Karpiel top to bottom and did all the drops except for the last one on Boondocks!

    Good stuff.

N* was a blast and kicked my butt. No waits at all on either lift. Good times were had by all.

Anyway, had great weather up there, mid 90 Degrees and trails basically to oneself. Oh yeah, and it is DAMN dusty. =) You won't recognize your bike afterwards hehehe....

I went up there on the 5th of July and I figured it would be kinda busy but it was nice and slow. Slammed pretty hard on Sticks & Stones and tweaked my wrist...again. I had just gotten the cast cut off my wrist on that Saturday(3rd). Oh well, poo happens.

    See you up there X-Vert

    Saturday rocked!!!

It was busy but it wasn't too bad. No trails were closed that I noticed. The new stunts were kickin' and I thought I saw another being built on Pho Dog.
Saw many familar faces and bikes. Saw Photo John, J_B (from a distance) and maybe jusScott.

Not many pics, (having too much fun) just a 3.7 ft drop my buddy & I did, his broken shock and the zip tie repair. Anyone know the size shock for a 99' M1?

The fire was way down in Carson City where I work. It WAS nasty but nowhere near N*. Looks like it's out now since there is no more smoke in the area.

    Dude,

I am such a jackass. I saw one of your crew(or somebody near your crew) with a manitou x-vert on their bike. I was gonna include that in the original post but it came out like that.

It should have said "your boy's manitou x-vert was pimpin."
