    Goggles lens scratch too easily.

My goggles seem to scratch to easily.

I never wipe the mud off them, i wash away the mud with water then wipe the water dry.

Now i have a ton of scratches on mine.

    Does yours scratch this easily?
    What do you recommend?
Do you switch lenses after every muddy ride?

Btw, i have ProGrip moto goggles.

Use tear offs at all times. They will protect the lens from mud and dust, ie scrathy stuff.

Yeah I use Oakley Crowbars and I have a few Tear-Offs in case its muddy out. Replacement lenses are $25 bucks for a 3 pack which is reasonable. There's an even cheaper 5 pack for $25 bucks, but that doesn't include the anti-fog coating.

Get a fender or build a crud-catcher out of an old inner tube. If you reduce the amount of stuff flying up to hit your lenses you solve most of your problem. They tend to look ghey but they're effective. Combo that with some tear-offs and you're ready to rock.

What I do is I have 2 pairs of goggles, when the first one gets dirty, use the second one.Do not try to clean them while you are ridding. At the end of the day remove the lenses and wash them off with water and hand soap.

The tear-off idea sounds great, i'll try it out.

I always keep my goggles in the pouch if i'm not wearing them.

    Thanks for the advice.
