    gemini fork?

    Hey
I just orderd an 04 gemini 2000 for 2199 with a few bits and bobs. I decided this was the lightest dh fr bike i could pedal up hill . Any way it is secced with the sherman breakout plus.
Now i have always been a marz man only. Do much people use this fork? Would it be worth it to ebay it and get a 66rc? Although that would add about 3lbs i wouldnt mind to much I just dont want to spend more time in a bike shop servicing the fork then riding

And keep the Sherman as a backup. (kidding) I am sure that the Sherman is a great fork.

If you decide to get the 66, send me a PM and I will buy the Sherman.

    Hey Inspect my horse,

I've got a buddy who uses a Sherman Breakout plus on his Yeti, and he throws down huge. He has never had an issue with his fork, and he weighs about 230lbs. Here's a couple of pics of him throwing down....

Good job! Give the Sherman a chance!

I have the 170mm OEM Sherman Breakout TPC on my Gemini 900 and love it! Best part of the bike! That much travel, plushness and strength at an unbeleivable weight...it's unbeatable! IMO

You wanted "the lightest dh fr bike i could pedal up hill", the Breakout is what makes this bike the lightest dh fr bike that can pedal up hill...so keep it that way, if that is what you want.
