Ride at a moderate pace towards a bench or a picnic table. Stand on the pedals, bend your knees. Preload your front end.

When you're about a foot away, Pop the front end up nice and high. After you clear the front, hop up by pulling hard on the handlebars and pushing off the pedals.

Keep your front wheel up. When you land, catch your balance and feather the brakes to stop moving. Straighten out your legs and lean back (you may need to lean back more than usual).

Balance for a second or two, then take it back down. Don't fall on your ass. When you land, keep the front wheel up and swing the bike 180 degrees by dropping a shoulder and throwing your body weigh to one sidet. Set your front wheel down gently.
